Leadership, Educational Management and Innovation Program

The main objective was to promote an area of professional development where the leadership role is enhanced and where reflection is encouraged to allow identifying and documenting good practices in the management of the Educational Training, Art and Production Centers (CECAP).

 

The program's objectives are based on three transversal lines of action:

Training

Reflection-action on professional practice

The proposal generated instances for participants to:

  • Transform the perception you have about yourself in reference to the leadership role you play, and renew the meaning of your profession.

  • Understand and analyze key concepts related to contextual challenges and educational change to lead your Centers within an updated framework

  • Deepen the key concepts of the theories of educational leadership, effectiveness and institutional culture, to develop diagnoses of their Centers and strategically plan management.

  • Recognize in collaborative work and in the creation of networks necessary feedback to strengthen their profession, impact the CECAP and the community.

  • Generate professional networks to strengthen and enhance your skills.
