LATIN AMERICA COOKS
Book
Summoned by Varkey Foundation, 46 teachers from 28 schools from various countries in Latin America participated in the "Latin America Cooks" project, a collaborative digital book that celebrates the culture of each region through its gastronomy.
Families, teachers, and more than 700 students worked to identify a recipe that represents them, thus becoming part of the book.
We celebrate the process that enriched the classrooms with new dynamics and leranings!
