Federal Leadership Program
It is an open and free teaching professional development space that aims to strengthen pedagogical leadership through innovation, assertive communication and the use of technology. It is designed to offer immediate practical results. Along with the development of the contents, different interactive techniques and strategies are worked on that model innovative work in educational institutions.

Since 2021, we have created a space for graduates of the program: a community of educational leaders. A meeting opportunity for teaching professional development from which a network of effective change agents is formed, in which exchanges with specialists in different topics are proposed, to inspire us and reflect on our management practices and teaching practices.
