EDUTEC Program

Mendoza

The EDUTEC Program is positioned on the idea that it is the pedagogical decisions, the learning objectives, that should precede the selection of an application or digital tool and not the other way around.

In this sense, the addressing of topics such as Citizenship and Digital Coexistence, Content Curation and Intellectual Property, to mention a few, becomes especially relevant, since they are transversal topics to the management of technological tools for education. The EDUTEC training device seeks to continue the project carried out in 2022, expanding coverage to teachers in secondary schools in the province of Mendoza, in all its modalities, who have received technological equipment from the National Government. .

In its second section, four central thematic cores are covered, aimed at teacher training, which deepen the digital skills and the pedagogical sense of their use addressed in the first section. The core areas to be developed focus on: digital citizenship and new identities, snack culture and short stories, the design of learning objects and emerging technologies for teaching such as artificial intelligence.

The objective is to achieve the use of ICT based on a theoretical base aimed at understanding deep learning. In turn, the theory is supported by three dimensions that structure teaching and learning practices: technological knowledge, pedagogical knowledge and disciplinary knowledge.

Two training levels:

Level 1

Level 2

149 graduates

92 schools

147 graduates

The program had a hybrid format with synchronous virtual sessions and 6 face-to-face meetings in the first journey and 5 in the second.
