Education
Community

Together with the Local Innovation Network (Red de Innovación Local - RIL), we launched a non-partisan space for federal collaboration for municipalities across the country where they can strengthen management capabilities and improve the scope and impact of educational public policies in the territory.

We seek

To support local governments in diagnosing and implementing high-impact educational policies.

To promote the generation of public-private initiatives to address the challenges presented by the educational agenda.

To place the municipalities as a key actors in the educational management of their districts.

To empower city government officials across the country by creating a community based on trust and collaborative work.

We developed a new tool for local governments:
Self-diagnosis in education

We have created the first and only tool that allows local governments to assess the current situation of their cities, thus obtaining a clear starting point for their intervention strategies and public education policies.

Validated by specialists, the self-diagnosis summarises the knowledge of experts from both the public and private sectors, tracing a path towards the full implementation of local action in education.

The index covers seven main areas:

  1. Organisation, strategy and team

  2. Educational programs

  3. Supplementary education

  4. Articulation with the labour market

  5. Teacher training

  6. Infrastructure and equipment

  7. Scientific and technological skills
