The well-known PLIE aims to train a new generation of educational directors. We believe that enhancing transformation from a leadership role is key to transforming institutional leadership. Recognizing that no leader alone generates sustainable change and, at the same time, aware of how isolated they often are in their roles, the program aims to create communities of sustainable leaders over time.
The goal is to enhance participants' autonomy so they can think and propose actions to achieve an improved educational institution that is integrated with the community and impacts the improvement of student learning.
