Leadership & Educational Innovation Program
The main objective of the program is to work on the professional capital of school principals and teachers, seeking to enhance their skills for the development of competent leadership. The goal pursued is to have a favorable impact on student learning, the appreciation of the teaching role and the educational quality of the participating institutions. From this, and together with others, turn principals and teachers into potential agents of change within the system.
