Leading
Education
Together with Leading Education, we created a community of young people who are committed to education in Latin America. First we open a call and select those who stand out for their commitment, vocation and leadership, and in various ways they are driving changes in education from all sectors. Then, they complete a program in which we facilitate connections between them and with specialists, giving them the opportunity to professionalize their career and enhance their skills.
Our initiative includes various training programs designed to accompany them in their professional development, supporting them at each stage of their growth.
Our impact since 2015:

This year we held 2 editions, reaching 110 young people from the region
6 face-to-face editions: 200 young people in Miami, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Peru and the Dominican Republic
7 virtual editions. More than 700 admission interviews, 300 selected
Additionally, we launched our own Spotify channel. Through short stories, young people share their ideas and experiences about educational leadership.
