Goal: strengthening the teaching practices of primary teaching staff and promoting the improvement of student learning through educational leadership, counseling, feedback and pedagogical support skills of school principals.
In December of this year we launched the program with a technological training that sought:

To develop and strengthen the digital skills of management teams to optimize the experience during the training journey and enhance the teaching, learning and management processes in new educational scenarios.

To discuss the impact and possibilities of the implementation of ICT in educational centers.
The implementation will continue in 2024 with 12 weeks of training from January to April
Hybrid format: virtual synchronous meetings and 2 face-to-face sessions
